At Sheek, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace or return your purchase, as long as the item is still in its original condition, tags still attached, and folded nicely (unused and unwashed). Additionally, the packing slip, or order receipt, MUST be included in the package so that our warehouse can properly identify the order. The merchandise must be received by us within 7 days from the date of receipt (defined as when the merchandise is delivered to your address) for a full refund, minus a $5.95 restocking fee, returns over $400 will receive a 5% restocking fee (restocking fee only applies to purchase(s) that received complimentary free shipping). After 7 days from the date of receipt, the sale becomes FINAL! Please email us if you have any challenges with getting it back to us within 7 days, at CustomerCare@ShopSheek.Com. Any and all shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable. All accessories, including belts, necklaces and hats, are FINAL SALE.

Return shipping costs are solely at the customer's expense. When returning an item in the mail, it is advisable to return your items in an insured, traceable method to guarantee a safe delivery. Shopsheek.com does not accept responsibility for any item(s) lost in the mail. Returned Merchandise must be returned within the return policy window, in the same condition as sent, unworn, unwashed, without damage or stains, tags still attached and folded nicely. Additionally, "Final Sale" items cannot be returned, will not be credited, and will not be mailed back. For merchandise returned which does not abide by the rules just stated, a refund will not be given and the merchandise will only be sent back to the customer if the customer calls the store and agrees to have the item shipped back at the customer's expense (after 30 days, the store will no longer hold onto or be responsible for the item). All returns will be processed within 7–10 business days upon receipt of the items to our warehouse. The refund, (minus a $5.95 restocking fee/ or 5% restocking fee for returns over $400), will be applied to the original credit card used to make the purchase, or, as mentioned above, a web credit will be issued. This refund will be issued once the returned item is received by us. Please be aware that some banks will often take up to 2 billing periods before refunds will appear on your credit card statement.

For store pickup orders, you have 7 days from when you received an email confirmation that your order is ready for pickup, to bring it back for a store credit only.
